​Welcome to No Nape Studio & Printhouse Ltd. By accessing our website, placing an order, or working with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Terms & Conditions 

1. Orders & Custom Work

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
     

  • For custom items (screen printing, embroidery, DTF, etc.), once artwork is approved, sales are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the item is defective.
     

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct artwork, sizes, and details. No Nape is not liable for errors in submitted files.
     

 

2. Payment

  • Full payment (or deposit, if agreed) is required before production begins.
     

  • We accept e-transfer, bank deposit, and credit payments listed at checkout.
     

  • Late or failed payments may result in delays or cancellation of your order.
     

 

3. Pricing

  • Prices are listed in CAD and may change without notice.
     

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
     

  • Additional fees may apply for rush orders, specialty finishes, or changes made after approval.
     

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates only and may vary based on carrier delays or supply chain issues.
     

  • Once your order leaves our facility, responsibility passes to the carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
     

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
     

 

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of most of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect as a result of our error.
     

  • Defects or issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
     

  • For eligible returns, we may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
     

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (designs, logos, photos, text) belongs to No Nape Studio & Printhouse unless otherwise noted.
     

  • Customers confirm they have the legal right to use any logos, artwork, or designs submitted for printing. We are not responsible for copyright or trademark violations by customers.
     

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Nape Studio & Printhouse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our services or products.
     

  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
     

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of British Columbia.
 

 

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the effective date.
