At No Nape Studio & Printhouse Ltd., we take pride in delivering high-quality custom and retail products. Because most of our items are made-to-order or customized, we have specific guidelines around refunds and returns.
Refund Policy - the basics
1. Custom Orders

All custom orders are final sale once artwork is approved.

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for errors in customer-submitted artwork, spelling, sizing, or design choices.

If there is a manufacturing defect or printing error caused by us, we will replace or correct the item at no additional cost.
2. Retail (Non-Custom) Items

For standard retail items (e.g., branded streetwear), we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

With original tags/packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
3. Reporting an Issue

All claims for defects, damage, or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. Refunds

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider.
5. Final Sale Items

Clearance items, samples, and limited-edition drops are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
