Refund Policy

At No Nape Studio & Printhouse Ltd., we take pride in delivering high-quality custom and retail products. Because most of our items are made-to-order or customized, we have specific guidelines around refunds and returns.

Refund Policy - the basics

1. Custom Orders

  • All custom orders are final sale once artwork is approved.
     

  • We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for errors in customer-submitted artwork, spelling, sizing, or design choices.
     

  • If there is a manufacturing defect or printing error caused by us, we will replace or correct the item at no additional cost.
     

 

2. Retail (Non-Custom) Items

  • For standard retail items (e.g., branded streetwear), we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item is:
     

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
       

    • With original tags/packaging
       

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
     

 

3. Reporting an Issue

  • All claims for defects, damage, or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
     

  • Please email us at nonape.customprints@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
     

 

4. Refunds

  • Refunds (when applicable) will be processed to your original payment method.
     

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider.
     

 

5. Final Sale Items

  • Clearance items, samples, and limited-edition drops are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
