Shipping Policy

At No Nape Studio & Printhouse Ltd., we work hard to get your orders to you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle processing, delivery, and shipping-related issues.

Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

  • Standard processing for most orders is 5–10 business days before shipment.
     

  • Custom orders will require longer processing, depending on artwork approval and production schedules.
     

  • Rush services may be available for an additional fee (contact us for details).
     

 

2. Shipping Options & Costs

  • We ship across Canada, the U.S., using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Purolator, or Loomis.
     

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
     

  • Local pickup is available from our Burnaby studio.
     

 

3. Processing Times

All orders are processed after payment is received.
 

  • Made-to-Order & Custom Prints: Production time is typically 5–10 business days from payment for screen printing and heat pressing, and 10-14 business days for embroidery, depending on order volume and complexity.
     

  • In-Stock Items (Retail Collection): Ship within 3–5 business days from payment. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

    ⚠️Please note: We do not begin production until payment is received in full and your design proof (if applicable) is approved.

 

 

4. Delivery Times (Estimates Only)

Currently shipping across Canada. International shipping coming soon — join our list to be notified.
 

  • Canada: 2–8 business days after dispatch
     

  • U.S.: 5–10 business days after dispatch

    ⚠️ Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume. Tracking information is provided with every shipment.

 

5. Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
     

  • Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.
     

 

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • No Nape is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.
     

  • If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly.
     

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist in filing a claim.
     

 

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.
     

  • No Nape is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
     

 

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
     

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees for resending.
